Well... people that are banned for more then 1 year should really get unbanned ... they already learnd their lesson i guess hope he unbans u :C

please do not increase the size of your letters,we all can read.
there are some bad ways to remove the ban IP thingy by changing your IP but those are for cheaters;fakers;bad guys etc......
if you want to be a good dude following the rules and do not do the dirty/bad ways to remove the IP ban then you can do 1 of 2 things:
1- pay money
2- change your IP by not using downloadable computer programs that change your IP automatically
