What about adding cash when you lvl up not much amount but it's better so that cashers wood not have so much advantige.
Like this
Lvl 1 : 1000 E
Lvl2 : 50 E
Lvl 3 : 250 E
Lvl4 : 350 E
Lvl 5 : 500 E
Lvl 6 : 550 E
Lvl 7 : 600 E
Lvl 8 : 650 E
Lvl 9 : 700 E
Lvl 10 : 1000 E
then like this on every 10th level
And maybe add 100 max levels and by that more perks and skills maybe a new gun . Like that you can hit meele with a pistol special perk = like in real life when no ammo or too close .

What is good is to have cash when you win or lose on fame/clan wars.
When you are attacked or attack, youll receive cash. The amount of cash you will receive is 50% of the cash you should receive when you play random.

Have You ever heard about reference program? This is exacly what You want, but its not u to have to lvl up to earn cash, but the buddy refered to You. Two buddies means dbl cash and so on. That's why leveling is not rewarded by cash (IMO). Find new players, they will earn cash for You.
