Cant enter the game im unistal, re-instal the game and didnt load, i chage from network and too dont work

Idont know if its a bug or anything else, but i can enter The game by The normal way, pc version imposible to enter, but if use VPN cam enter, can i ask wjat happend with this? Its a trouble me or with The server.
When tru to enter in normal way "error: can send information to autorized server"
