For weeks now Gunrox will not come on. I try to login in and it say's "Please send us files "hgelog.txt" , "log.html" and other *. txt files to our email address support@enkord.com" Someone can help?

How do you reinstalle as administrator? I have reinstalled like 4 times nothing happen still same message.

Install it first and then use ur options to open it as administator rights.

If this not help, uninstall old Gunrox, delete game folder manualy, then start again with fresh instalation.

Right click on your gunrox icon, then select "Run as Administrator"
If this doesn't solve the problem, try opening some ports in your security.
>> Click "Start".
>> Click "Control Panel".
>> Click "System and Security".
>> Click "Windows Firewall".
>> On the left panel of that page, click "Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall".
>> Click "Allow another program...".
>> Locate and click "GUNROX", and then click "Add".
>> Go back, and open up step #4 (Windows Firewall).
>> Once you've click Windows Firewall, click "Advanced Settings" on the left side of the screen.
>> Click "Inbound Rules".
>> Under Actions, click "New Rule...".
>> Select "Port", and click "Next".
>> Under "Does this rule apply to TCP or UDP?", click "TCP".
>> Under "Does this rule apply to all local ports or specific local ports?", Select "Specific local ports".
>> In that box, type only what is in bold into the text box: 12101, 12110, 12111, 12112 Including the commas, to separate the ports.
>> Select "Allow the connection".
>> Select "Next".
>> Select "Domain, Private, and Public".
>> Select "Next".
>> Title the Name: "Gunrox". No description required.
>> Select "Finish".
