my account blocked for payment already made
hello
need help from the moderators or someone explain to me why my account was blocked for ah payment I made months ago ...
and was debited from my credit card ...
24.09.2013 tell me the make a payment card ... which was debited from my card .. and even claimed and paid ... mail I received payment ...
I do that payment of the same card which make my refills enkords all these months and had no problems ....
I need to unlock my account ...
this problem since implemementaron new OWN PAYMENT METHODS ..
attached pic of my locked account and debit I get to my account payment received on the same day ...
Thanks for your support and I expect a prompt response
