Try moving your aksu guy first, he's your spotter, so that, if you find your opponent, at best, you'll have 1 frag+2 40mm shots. Also, try, while not spreading out all your men, to cover your flanks, or at least the most obvious flank, which, in the video, was your left flank (up).
