For example, if you look at outpost map, you will see there are only 2-3 outposts undercontrol for longer then 10 days in row. What does it mean? It means there are 1-2-3(in fact does not matter)clans has enough power to hold and otheres outposts as well. But why they(clan) do not do it? Just Becoz they(clan) cant play in so much different time. We ussual ppl, we need sleep and study and work. But we have some time for gunrox 2-3-5 hours, but in row.
Not in 7-14-21o'clock=workstudy-workstudy-gunroxsleep.

If holders of outposts might be choose time of defending(anyways a fight has to begin less then in 24 hours). They can to defend more outposts in row.
Defending of outposts become sense.
How it is look now(for exemple): 2 outpost taken in 12 and 13 o'cllock, and two in 21 and 22 o'clock. no more becoz no more fit level outposts in that time...
I feel that much better to play when the winners rule....

i think it should be slightely increased because a good clan can defend his outpost at any time
