When people get silence they create new acct to talk .!
when someone lvl 5+ insults u without reason and u use ignore list they keep making new acct to insult which mean this situation will be forever.!
so my point is to make players under lvl 3 can't use /whois "permission"

if you having a proplem with this then when some1 of them sends messages to you dont open it
There is no option to "not open" a message. it still appears on your screen. The only solution is to ignore that person but that doesnt help when youre being spammed with multiple accounts.

ignore the messages! Dont Open Them! i tried to insult someone with making new accounts and he didn't open them so i got mad and stopped xD i doubt you just need to dont open the messages.
