I stopped playing Gunrox for a while for personal reasons, around 2019.I recently went back to playing, I saw that my main account was last logged in in 2022, and my login/password had changed.I tried all account recovery methods, except Via Celular, as in my day it wasn't necessary to link a cell phone.I tried to recover via documents, but I didn't get a response. I have more than 1,000.00 in payment receipts, my documents that contain my name, the same name that the account was created in.I need support to solve my problem and I believe that because Enkord is a large company, I cannot believe that hackers were in possession of my account. waiting feedback.

I’m the owner of Whitehorse account. I need someone to help me to unbanned it. It was banned forever because it was stolen but I had it recovered. I don’t know how to get it unbanned I need some assistance please

Probably the mods will only advice you to protect your personal informations, only that way your wont get stolen/banned, i also lost my old account, if you still like this game, then i would advice you to forget that old account, find some friends and level up some accounts with fake fights(allowed?) you will get better results than chargers who follow the rules, thats for sure.
