My idea was pretty simple and clear, to create something where you can transfer ur items / arts to any specific account by a secret code or something without cost or tax. So its safe and to prevent being stolen in the future for new players etc. (its also usefull for tournaments and if u wanna quickly transfer ur arts without being exposed). Option 2: Either way make trade possible while same ip and remove the anti clone since there is no more starting cash so it should be fine to do so.
