Food for thought... HOW can a level 1 player get their hands on a legendary tier 4 or 5 weapon without a middleman? Us high level players can't go into beginner's quarter!

Aug doesnt have a laser pointer so the accuracy for level 1 player would be 25% ish

Personal and Ageless used to exist on the same weapon, but that got changed real quick as a third and final modifier would make it way to powerful (and almost impossible to lose). Artifacts were supposed to give temporary bonuses, not permanent - unless your good at keeping ageless weapons!
