Before today server crash, I just level up from 13 to 14 after a long 1 hour 2v2 good game, and after that the server crash and I got rollback to level 13, and thats really shock me, so I said in the global chat "fvck I just win 1 hour game" and suddenly I got silenced for 12999 minutes thats almost 2 years, I so sorry but I dont think its fair, I didnt insult anyone and its my first offend, can you atleast give me a warning, like 1 week silence or 1 month silence for saying bad word? I see people insult each other and didnt get any punishment but I just said fvck and get silenced for 12999 minute, I m a retruning player since almost 10 years didnt play, and it really demotivated me to continue to play.

What are the moderators doing here? You know what you should do, if you are going to quit, then do a chargeback on your credit card and recover the money back! I learned from friends from other games that chargebacks make the bank charge an additional fee to the game company so they lose money as well as getting back your own money. If these moderators are going to be idiots and give disproportional silences then hit them on their profits! Maybe you can teach this dogs by punishing them.

Besides, its been 10 hours now and the servers are still intermittently crashing and kicking everyone out of the game. People are frustrated and its the fault of the game developer for not fixing this bug immediately. How can you give people silences for venting their frustrations, especially if they have won a game and then the server rolls them back in exp and items. This kind of punishment on the players when the root cause is actually the developers fault is idiotic, backwards and is what i expect of a muslim country that tries to war against a superior Israel in every facet of military and technology. Don't be like third world countries you moderators!
