For lvl 20, frag or RGD?
u can't get that answer directly, because it depends at your enemy resistance if he got 2 splashes and more u should hit him RGD direct shot "so splash won't resist" if he dont have splash hit frag so u can hit more than 90+ dmg

when u wanna take nades at ur nader that got 60 skills in 20 lvl and u got also perk kamikaze, than take 2x frag for case of kami and more 0 disp rgds
