Well, my name is matheus, known in the game as LiveNever, it's been years since I put cash, I never had any reason to, because I always got weapons with friends, selling arts and random cash. yesterday I managed to change my password with sms, since the beginning of my account I've been sending tickts to berserker to try to solve this (lose the security code) I was always ignored, but yesterday I managed to change thanks to the help of friends and of course, always having to deposit to succeed in something .. but today when i enter gunrox , i am banned ( charge back ) i dont know what happened , but i am clean , i think someone bought my arts in the shop and refunded then i took ban , bersrker hope you get back to me on this . Thanks !

Nice good , andrees , i return money and now i got banned , i have prints here of my payments , he extorts the money that bought my arts , and now berserker you will banish me , or i will have to pay for the damage depositing 17k cash .. .

When you were selling artifacts back in the days, you were EXPLICITLY WARNED and explicity accepting the risk that refunded/chargeback transactions may result in money return and account block in case of negative balance.

Sorry dear bers, but this way i will never put any art in the market to sell.. if im gonna put my acc in risk of getting ban when and anoymous buy my art ?... you have to find a solution for that .. i think its not fair that guy ate ban for other people mistakes.. i dont know him but i think its fair to unban him

then atleast put back the UNBAN ability for players who got banned for selling arts so their accounts progress wouldnt go in vein,

It is already different, but back in the days over a year ago it was the way I have described with a big red warning about it and they clicked "OK" accepting the risk. The ban due to chargeback he received was for the sale hat was over a year ago.

Ban due to chargeback is a ban for fraudulent activity with payments, it cannot be unbanned. It's like when you are sentenced to punishment for forging money and you are paying a fine for it with forged money. Ban for chargeback is unbannable, it affects all of your accounts and you are also blacklisted in payment processing company so you will never be able to charge in this game (and maybe in others too) again.
