Troubles to connect
Hi, I've downloaded the game and install it with the uploads, but when I type my account and my password and I try to connect there is an error message saying in french : " erreur : ne peut pas envoyer des données au serveur d'autorisation " (all the tools like create an account, change password are in french) and when it is trying to connect, the window "doesn't answer" for a moment and after it's show the error message.
Please how can I fixe it ?

I don't know, but was the Gunrox website not pulling up for anybody? Along with the game?

Uninstalling/Reinstalling Gunrox
Sometimes your problem could be as simple as uninstalling Gunrox, and then installing it again. I will not provide steps because this is self-explanatory.
Updating Your Computer Drivers
When a driver is "outdated" or "needs updating", certain equipment on your computer is not functioning correctly or needs the latest software. To update your computer drivers, you need to visit your computer's manufacture's website. Ex: My computer brand is HP, and my model type is G71 - the HP G71. So I would visithp.comand look under the category for "Drivers", "Devices", etc.I won't get into that too much because it can get complicated, but if you would PM me your brand name computer and your model number I will tell you where to go.

If the problem pursues, then let Enkord take a look at your Gunrox files to see what is the matter.
Disabling Anti-Virus/Allowing Gunrox Through Anti-Virus
Anti-Virus programs sometimes think when a certain program on your computer is accessing the internet, it is a virus downloading somethings on your computer, and it doesn't allow it. Open your virus protection program and troubleshoot Gunrox, and allow it to run. Also try running Gunrox under Administrator.
System Restore
>> Click "Start".
>> Click "All Programs".
>> Click "Accessories".
>> Click "System Tools".
>> Click "System Restore".
>> Click "Next".
>> Choose a time when Gunrox and your computer was working correctly.
>> Click "Finish".
The program will reboot your PC, and it may take awhile for it to start backup. Sometimes you may have accidentally tampered with a file, or installed a background application that is not allowing Gunrox to work.

These are the only ways I know of getting Gunrox to work again. If your problem pursues, then contact an administrator (bers or astor), and let them help you.

Thanks for your answer but I've already tried to uninstall/reinstall and it doesn't work, my anti-virus is disabled, it's a new computer and my drivers are updated, it's the first time that I try to connect.

Check your firewall settings and make sure you allow these ports through your firewall:
12101
12110
12111
12112
Your internet provider could have these ports blocked also.

I'm assuming you're using Windows 7.
>> Click "Start".
>> Click "Control Panel".
>> Click "System and Security".
>> Click "Windows Firewall".
>> On the left panel of that page, click "Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall".
>> Click "Allow another program...".
>> Locate and click "GUNROX", and then click "Add".
>> Go back, and open up step #4 (Windows Firewall).
>> Once you've click Windows Firewall, click "Advanced Settings" on the left side of the screen.
>> Click "Inbound Rules".
>> Under Actions, click "New Rule...".
>> Select "Port", and click "Next".
>> Under "Does this rule apply to TCP or UDP?", click "TCP".
>> Under "Does this rule apply to all local ports or specific local ports?", Select "Specific local ports".
>> In that box, type only what is in bold into the text box: 12101, 12110, 12111, 12112 Including the commas, to separate the ports.
>> Select "Allow the connection".
>> Select "Next".
>> Select "Domain, Private, and Public".
>> Select "Next".
>> Title the Name: "Gunrox". No description required.
>> Select "Finish".
If you still can't connect to Gunrox, then your internet provider blocks those ports (you might want to contact them). Hope this helps. -AILD

Forgot to add, if you are on a Guest account, log into the Administrator account, and run Gunrox as Administrator.

well i think that probleme happened to me befor but then i uninstalled the game
and after 6 month i missed it so i reinstalled the game but then i installed befor 2 weeks mozilla firefox and the game was with no problemes

im dont have "System and secutiry" at control panel so im can't do what he said... any similiar things like it don't have those options.
