Information about tournaments

Generic information Tournaments are run using the "single elimination" system - only winners of previous round take part in the next one. Tournament continues until only one player is left. Tournament can have only 2 "winners" - 1st place and 2nd place. Tournament winners determined by last round's fight - 1st place goes to the winner of last round, 2nd place goes to the loser of last round (but only if play actually fought in the last round). If last round has no winners (for example players didn't show up) - then there will be no winners in the tournament and thus no prizes awarded. Each tournament round lasts as much time as specified in tournament details (usually 24 hours). Player paired up randomly in the beginning of each new round. Tournament battles played at the specified location and according to rules specified during tournament start (you can see them in the game and tournament tab). Tournament rules In the game there are rules of the tournament shown on tournament tab: location where tournament battles take part player levels allowed allowance of artifacts tournament start time and round length Registration is open until tournament starts. Only players of allowed levels can take part in it. Also some tournaments might require tournament ticket to be present before you sign up (will be removed after registration). To sign up for the tournament there is a button on tournament tab. If for some reason you are not allowed to sign up, there is a message that tells you why. Tournament participants are unable to level up past maximum level specified in tournament rules until they leave or win tournament. Tournament battles In the beginning of each new round (or even earlier if all battles of previous round are played in advance) players are paired up randomly to form up new tournament battles. If there is odd number of players in current round, one randomly picked player will be transferred to the next round automatically. Right after you sign up for the tournament and after you play each tournament battle you will be forced to pick 2 out of 3 possible time points (in the time frame of next tournament round) which are the most convenient for you to play. Your opponent will pick 2 time points as well, thus one time point suitable for both or you will be determined. If player wont pick next battle time points until first of them will come, he will be scored a technical loss (TKO). For your convenience you will receive notifications of your opponent movement within the game until the next battle, just like you do for your friends. Furthermore players can fight tournament battle in advance anytime before the specified tournament battle time. If they don't - server will try to start tournament battle automatically at specified time and if one of the participants is not ready by that time (offline, overloaded, equipped with artifacts when they are not allowed, trading, shopping, fighting other battle, etc.) he will be scored a loss automatically. Tournament battle marked with special icon it the battle list. If players want to start the battle before the specified time, there will be special info in game lobby which tells whether this battle will be counted as tournament one and why. Battle time Please note - everywhere within the game where you pick battle time and on tournament tab time of the battle is shown in YOUR local time. Prizes Prizes of the tournament could be both Enkord Cash and artifact items. Winners receive prizes automatically after tournament is over. They will be given are first battle played after finished tournament results are posted. If all prizes can't fit player's storage they will be given to him later after other battles when he will have free space in his storage.
